Aaron R. Hays is the President and Founder of Kinetics O&P, a premier full service Orthotics and Prosthetics Company serving Kankakee and Iroquois Counties. As an Orthotics and Prosthetics subject matter expert, Aaron has provided safe, high-quality products to area clients for 20+ years. His dedication to the profession, his clients and community encouraged him to establish Kinetic O&P.
Maria is a native of Mazon, IL and is very passionate about the Special Olympics, helping children and Women's Health. Maria is one of the few cranial certified, and mastectomy certified clinicians in the area.
Her interests are gardening, woodworking, and cycling. Maria enjoys the family-oriented atmosphere and working environment at Kinetic O & P.
Tricia is a native of Beaverville, IL and joined the Kinetic team in June 2022.
Tricia oversees the daily operations of the front office, accounts payable/receivable, fab tracking and special events for the staff. She possesses excellent organizational skills and ensures the efficiency of the company's processes.
Her passion for office management comes from her love for personal interaction and organizational excellence. Tricia enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her grandchildren, attending music concerts and the beach.
Ronald works remotely from North Carolina and joined Kinetic O&P in December 2021.
He is a an experienced DME biller and Insurance specialist and brings 20+ years of healthcare reimbursement knowledge to the team.
Ronald takes pride in helping patients with any billing questions. As the Billing manager, his goals are to hold insurance companies accountable for proper claims processing and to build relationships with outside entities whom we serve in the community.
